Free Assistant Office/Warehouse Manager Stoke On Trent

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Office/Warehouse Manager at our small Construction Plant/Engineering business in Abridge, Romford.

You will be responsible for providing administrative and hands on support to the Company Director.

The office duties include clerical tasks such as handling phone calls, taking and placing orders, stock control and typing and filing reports.

The warehouse duties include preparing stock to be delivered, loading and unloading goods and keeping the stock room organised and tidy.

The successful candidate will need strong computer skills (including the use of Microsoft Office programmes), excellent written and numeracy skills and a good understanding of the workings of an office. You will also need to have a good telephone manner as you will be dealing with customers and suppliers.

Ideally you will have a background in Construction Plant/Engineering and have stock control experience, however full training will be provided.

Please be aware that there are no public transport services available near the office so you will need your own transport.

We are offering a salary of £19,000 per annum which is negotiable, depending on experience.
