Description
The candidate must have the following attributes:
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Account administration experience with a proven track record
* Experience using CRM Software
* Confident, well spoken and presentable
* Close eye for detail
* Punctual and reliable
* Can work independently and in a team
The job role is as follows:
* Raising invoices
* Processing payments
* Chasing late payments and credit control
* Managing monthly client billing cycle
* Customer service in relation to accounts enquiries via phone and email
* working closely with financial director and customer service team
The job details are as follows:
Job Role: Accounts Administrator
Employment: Full Time
Trial: 1 month
Starting Salary: 22k-24K (depending on experience)
Salary Review: 3 months
Hours: 10am - 6pm
Location: Baker Street
Starting: ASAP/ 6th June 2016
